5. Betting Information Disclaimer

5.1 We Are Not a Gambling Operator

xGoal does not accept bets, process gambling payments, or operate any gambling services. When you click links to bookmakers, you leave our site and are subject to their terms and conditions. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party gambling sites.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
